The Collection

Our Cookies

Six signatures, each one perfected. Every recipe begins with organic stone-milled flour and local pasture butter.

  • Matcha

Earthy Japanese matcha folded into a buttery dough for a subtly bitter, beautifully green cookie that tea lovers adore.

  • Tiramisu

Espresso-soaked layers of flavor in every bite โ€” mascarpone-kissed dough dusted with cocoa for a cafรฉ-worthy indulgence.

  • Salted Egg Yolk

A bold Southeast Asian classic. Rich, custardy salted egg yolk swirled into golden dough โ€” savory, sweet, and utterly addictive.

  • Pandan Coconut

Fragrant pandan and toasted coconut unite in a soft, chewy cookie with a tropical warmth that transports you to Southeast Asia.

  • Double Choco

Intensely chocolatey with a fudgy core. Half cookie, half brownie โ€” entirely for the devoted chocolate lover.

  • Sakura Ichigo

Delicate cherry blossom and fresh strawberry come together in a floral, fruity cookie as beautiful as it is delicious.

Our Story

Baked with Purpose,
Shared with Love.

Amix Bakery began in a small apartment kitchen in 2018 when founder Amara Ixcel started gifting cookies to friends and neighbors. What began as a weekend ritual quickly became something more โ€” a calling rooted in the belief that food made with care and intention can connect people in profound ways.

We source everything with intention: heirloom wheat from small family farms, cultured butter from grass-fed cows, single-origin chocolate, and local wildflower honey. No artificial preservatives. No shortcuts. Just ingredients your grandmother would have recognized and approved of.

Every batch is mixed by hand in small quantities โ€” never more than 48 cookies at a time โ€” so each one receives the attention it deserves. We don't do mass production because no machine can replicate the intuition of a baker who truly cares.
